Board Approves Significant Increase to Bonuses

The Board of Trustees for the Clint Independent School District approved increases to sign-on bonuses for the 2008-2009 school year on March 26, 2008. The sign-on bonus for Texas certified teachers and librarians is $2000. This is a $1000 increase from the prior year. The Board also approved a $4000 increase to secondary certified math and science teacher sign-on bonus raising the total bonus to $6000...

Recycling in Clint ISD is well underway. The District's recycling program was kicked off in November of 2007 and is already making an impact on the environment. In February of 2008 alone, 10.5 tons of recycled materials were disposed of district-wide.
